Implementing Filtering Facepiece Respirator FFR Reuse ~ Limited FFR reuse refers to the practice of using the same N95 FFR or other filtering facepiece respirator for multiple encounters with patients but removing it doffing after each encounter 1 This is different than extended use of an FFR where the same FFR is worn continuously for encounters with multiple patients
Approved Particulate Filtering Facepiece Respirators ~ The N R and P designations refer to the filter’s oil resistance as described below Select a type of respirator to see all approved models N95 – Filters at least 95 of airborne particles Not resistant to oil Filtering Facepiece Respirator FFR Labels

Fractional flow reserve Wikipedia ~ Fractional flow reserve FFR is a technique used in coronary catheterization to measure pressure differences across a coronary artery stenosis narrowing usually due to atherosclerosis to determine the likelihood that the stenosis impedes oxygen delivery to the heart muscle myocardial ischemia Fractional flow reserve is defined as the pressure after distal to a stenosis relative to
Fractional Flow Reserve–Guided PCI for Stable Coronary ~ Patients Among 1220 patients who were enrolled between May 15 2010 and January 15 2012 a total of 888 had at least one stenosis with an FFR of 080 or less in a large epicardial artery
Coronary Artery Stenosis fractional Flow Reserve Assessment ~ Objective proof of focal lesions is mandatory and the best invasive method of physiological testing is fractional flow r eserve FFR The increased transstenotic gradient is measured via the guiding catheter and pressure transducer on a 0014” coronary wire at maximal hyperaemia induced by adenosine Patients with a FFR of less than 08
Fractional Flow Reserve The Cardiology Advisor ~ Fractional flow reserve FFR is an invasive measurement developed in 1990s for evaluation of functional significance of stenoses in the epicardial coronary artery FFR is defined as a ratio of the maximal myocardial blood flow in the presence of a stenosis to the theoretical normal maximal flow in the same distribution
The Future of iFR and FFR American College of Cardiology ~ FFR is defined as ratio of the pressure distal to a stenosis Pd relative to the pressure proximal to the stenosis Pa during hyperemia induced by a vasodilating agent typically adenosine FFR carries a Class 1a recommendation for guiding revascularization in angiographically intermediate coronary stenoses in patients with stable angina
